The Vone Lab team coaching programme includes three core stages:

1) Diagnosis: Insight comes before action.
Using your current information, data and needs to change, we build a shared understanding of the team’s strengths, challenges and opportunities. This often includes an initial co‑diagnosis session where the team reflects together and identifies what matters most. These insights shape a bespoke coaching programme tailored to their needs.

2) Contracting: This is where the foundations are set.
The team and coaches agree how they will work together, what success looks like, and what key stakeholders need. The focus is on creating a psychologically safe environment where people can think clearly, speak openly and bring their best ideas forward.

3) Action: This is where momentum builds.
